Claiming ppi after a voluntary debt agreement has expired

I see that any1 who has been subject to debt management might have difficulty getting ppi claims paid out as creditors might retain any ppi to pay off debts.
If the debt management period has expired does this still apply or do banks have to refund ppi?

It depends on the arrangement. Most will see redress go against the amount written off. Some will get paid.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
