Can anyone help and remember a place for craft supplies fill a trolley for a tenner ?

Sorry to be so vague but I wonder if you lovely people could help me. I am sure it was mentioned on this board re. a company that had various warehouses across the country where you could go and buy all sorts of things from fabric to paper and anything in between, I think they were and you could fill a trolley for something like ten pounds.
I am sure there is one in Northampton, I thought I had bookmarked it and now cant find it, to find where it is to visit.

do you mean scrap stores ? or resources centres ?... we use a local one for bits and bobs for my preschool. you usually have to join as a member (not sure what the cost would be) then you pay per trolley.
