Best way to get from Clapham Junction to North London for 8 people?

Hi all

Myself and some friends are going out to to South London for a well deserved night out we've decided due to cost we'll make our own way there as we've gotta be there relatively early for a show. We would've liked to all go together but the minibuses were charging per head for 16 seaters plus last time I organised a night out a couple of my friends friends dropped out on the night so myself and my friend who booked it were left to cough up the extra on the night!! grrrrr!

We basically need to get 8 people from Clapham Juncton SW11 to Harlow (ideally first as she's the only one who lives here!) then to Cheshunt, Waltham Cross and Enfield. Now i've figured the best way to do this is by a cab.

But does anyone know any companies that do good deals etc and are reputable companies as one person could be left alone in the transport at the end of the night which isn't ideal but not everyone will have someone to go back with them.

What sort of costs do you reckon we should expect?
I'd really love people to recommend some companies etc they know and have used before.

I don't mind getting a minibus but this time I would ask everyone to pay before or at least pay a deposit so I didn't get stung like last time. Would love to perhaps get a limo but maybe that would s t r e t c h out our budget too far!

Want the girls to have a great time though most of them are mums and don't get a chance to get out...The night we've got planned is fantastic I don't want worrying about travel to let it down.

Thanks so much in advance

Maz

Do you know any taxi companies in your own area, there's a good chance they will offer the same pritce or cheaper than you will get in Clapham as it's the same distance for them.

Taxi firms normally don't mind doing the journey backwards providing they know they will be paid.

Otherwise you could ask the bar as they may have some deals with local firms.

This looks a nice minibus company although probably not cheap http://www.minibusshuttle.com/
