I have booked a hire car via do you Spain website and paid by credit card but I think I entered the wrong e mail address. I have e mailed them 3 times but no reply and cannot get them on the phone.
Please help I travel in 3 weeks and can't even cancel my booking without the e mail address that was entered.

Ive done same with a hotel booking in the past.
and you have highlighted what must be quite a common occurance.
If they continue to ignore your emails and you don't receive your booking voucher this week, then it would not be unreasonable to do a charge back via your credit card company
future Solution
Always save the booking page and/or do a screen capture. I always then email this to my web based email acc (web based in case of PC failure)0 -
what about doing a dummy new booking (pay on arrival with free cancellation) and there is a box where you can put comments so you could send a message about your current booking and ask them to reply with what details you need.0

hi everyone
we have just returned form a holiday in Spain where we hired a car through do you spain we were ripped off as we were told the car was fully comprehensive insurance but in fact it was only 3rd party. we had to pay another 275 euros on top of the original costing. Just be very careful. I have written to them but have not recieved a reply.0 -
I have sent them three emails over the past week and not had any response in regard to car hire - am very tempted to cancel.
Also the car we were due to hire is now £100 cheaper!!
I think they must be rogues0 -

I've had the same thing except out of 10 emails sent to them I have received two automated emails saying we will be in touch soon.they don't. How do you do a credit on you credit card?0
