KGB Voucher not valid.

Hi

I bought a KGB voucher in April 2012 for £22 for a hair makeover at my local salon.
I paid by debit card and received confirmation and a voucher for the hair do.
However, the salon will not let me use the voucher as they are in dispute with KGB, apparently KGB have not paid the salon all the money they owe them from sales of the vouchers.
I am now in a position where i have paid £22 for a voucher i can not use and KGB are not returning any of my emails requesting a refund.
Could anybody please advise where i go from here?
Thank you.:(

Email KGB and tell them of your intentions first, they would be charged by their merchant bank for handling a chargeback so might be a little more forthcoming :)
