beware of emails claiming to be from paypal ive been sent loads of spoofs lately so much so that i send them off to paypal as spoofs even if im not sure they are.I had to add an extra credit card wait for the statement to arrive tap in the code on the statement to confirm that i was verified (even though id already added my bank card and another credit card) they take a pound of your credit card and then give you a pound off on your next purchase through paypal its to combat fraud so they say.

Received an email response today from Paypal, apologising for the inconvenience and telling me that the sending limit will be lifted.

IF paypal was all about cutting fraud, they would, at the very least, make all uk users have a confirmed address, it wouldn't be difficult , no confirmed address-no account, simple as that!
I dont get many customers without a confirmed address, but I have had 3 this week, they have good feedback but I still feel wary of sending things, luckily all the items have been less than £15, with one of the addresses being the amex HQ in Brighton, I would imagine that a work address can't be confirmed?

That is the annoying thing, I have a confirmed UK address and I am verified.
