£130.35 rebate for surface water

Hi,
After reading about surface water on this forum, I sent a letter to South West Water, they wrote back saying it would be looked into and someone would come around to my property (never seen anyone).
I received a letter this morning from SWW

''I would advise you that your account has been amended to show that there is no connection to a public surface water drainage sewer and all accounts in future will no longer include a charge for surface water drainage and in addition, your next invoice will show a credit of £130.35 in respect of the period back to 1st Feb 2004''
This is great as we moved in on Jan 2005
