Shereforce or legal thuggery

Afternoon ladies and gentlemen,
I would like to find out where i stand with regards the company known as Shereforce and what further action i might be able to take with regards this company?
some months ago i received a letter through my door informing me that i would be receiving a visit from a High Court Enforcement officer from Shereforce as there was and unpaid water bill totaling £480, due to several issues the person responsible to payment of the water bill had indeed been hiding the said bill away from view, anyway, rather than leave this issue to fester and further, action was taken, i was advised to go directly to my local county court, which i did, i paid a small fee, i then had a small hearing with both the water boards representative and myself where i agreed to pay the water bill in installments via Shereforce, hopefully this is all making sense so far, whilst at the county court, the fees for this company were questioned and the judge then asked that these fees be sent back to the high court as i felt that they were both much to high and also nothing short of extortion, the court made an order and these fees were set aside, i had agreed to pay this company £80 per month with out fail until the bill be paid, which has continued without issue, however, today i receive a letter informing me that the whole bill had now risen to a staggering £3116 as one of the payments had been missed, (which it hadn't it was just late in being received due to the bank holidays), i would like to know if i am able to instruct a solicitor as i believe this company is not only illegal in its actions and the way it conducts its self, but is tantermount to legalised thuggery, with oversees telephone staff commenting on how clients should conduct their affairs, your constructive opinions please.

Continue making the agreed payments for the agreed period - let them chase for the rest. If a judge has found the fees to be unfair once they would do so again.
The important thing is you get back on track with the agreement though.
.. over £2,500 in fees for a bill < £500 :eek::eek:0 -
