Anyone claim disability element of working tax credit

Does anyone know what is classed as a mental illness to qualify for the disability element of working tax credit?
I am off work with stress/depression/anxiety (off work past 8 years)
looks like you have to work a minimum of 16 hours to claim. If i can't manage that am i not entitled to any benefits at all. I have savings so can't get housing benefit or income support.

- you must have a disability that makes it difficult for you to get a job
- you must be receiving, or have recently received, a qualifying sickness or disability-related benefit - or in certain circumstances National Insurance credits

I can see no further information other than
"You have a mental illness that you receive regular treatment for under supervision of a medically qualified person"
Does stress/depression come under this.0
