Sky potentially reneging on offered deal

I'm wondering if anyone can advise as to where we stand with this.
We used to have the basic sky package £24 a month and phone and broadband with Talk Talk £25 min a month, our Sky+ box was very old and kept breaking so we were looking for a new deal, My husband spoke to Sky at the end of April and after a lengthy conversation with them managed to get calls, broadband and HD installation for £35.75 month for the first 6 months and then £43 for a further 6 months which we were happy with, this also involved having to pay an extra £40 to transfer the phone line from Talk Talk to SKy.
Installation of HD happened on 30th April, Broadband live from 8th May, the payment that came out of our account on 11th May was still for £24 so I expected this months payment to be higher to take account of the arrears.
Yesterday we received a letter stating that they would be taking £75 from our account on 11th June, this seemed a lot as I expected that if we are now paying £35.75 a month instead of the £24, then we only owed £11.75 from May, on top of the £35.75 due this month so should be £47.50.
Phoned Sky last night to ask them to break down where they got this from and they have told us our package is not £35.75 but £47 a month. After a lengthy conversation where we gave them the name of the person we spoke to who offered the deal and all the details as we had fortunately made notes at the time, they still insist the package is £47 but have agreed to listen to the recording of the conversation.
We wouldn't have agreed to £47 as taking into account the extra £40 we had to pay to leave Talk Talk we have gained nothing in monetary terms at that price. I am expecting a call back from Sky tonight but if they insist our package has to remain at £47, do I have any rights to cancel the contract when it is not what was agreed on the phone?
