Three Network- Trying to get my money back!

Will Try and keep this as short and easy to read as possible.
3 dyas ago i went on to Three's website to order a PAYG mobile and a contract sim, i used the live assistant and she/he gave me links to buy them. I clicked on the links and added them to the basket, then went through checkout as i thought it would be easier to just put all my details through at once. Done all that and then got told by the assistant that i had done it wrong and i had ordered a PAYG sim card. Turns out you can't add a PAYG and a contract together in the basket but i didn't get told this.
So i called them up and got it confirmed, the guy i spoke to said as it hadn't gone fully through the money that came out of my account would bounce back in 2-3 days time if he canceled the order... great, got him to do that and he said i would get a confirmation email stating it was canceled.
A few hours later i still didn't have the email so i called back and got told it wasn't canceled, it was arriving the next day. So i thought never mind i will just stick with the PAYG sim then but i did send an email to the complaints team, stating i was unhappy to be told it was canceled then to find out it wasn't.
Next day comes and i start getting excited about the mobile coming, my land line went and it was Three, from the complaints team, so i went through the story with her and she turned around and told me the mobile wasn't arriving as i had been canceled. Wasn't happy but said fine, i want my money back (£114.99) to which she said i would receive back in 7-10 working days and would get an email confirming this.
Still no email today, so i called up and had to go through the whole story 3 times, got sent from department to department as they couldn't find my details. Finally they found them and said the refund hadn't been started so they will start it now and i would receive my money in 20 working days.
Is there anything i can do? All i seem to get it different times when i will get my money back.
