Britannia Cestrian in liquidation, find the liquidator?

Options
All of my most treasured possessions are being stored by Britannia Cestrian, waiting for me to be able to legally import them to Canada. Today, after some recent issues over payments and lack of communication, they casually mentioned that they are in liquidation.

I am angry and scared. I have paid monthly for the last 2 1/2 yrs, and prepaid several thousand pounds for the eventual international removal.

I have searched on line, but have been unable to find anything about this or a resource to help me find out who the liquidators are, what is going on, and if I am ever likely to see my things again.

I was wondering if anyone could tell me what my rights are as a customer of a liquidated company that has my possessions and how to find out who the liquidators are.

thanks

If they told you they were in administration (or being liquidated), ask the same person who the administrators or liquidators are?

I wouldn't worry too much, Cestrian removals are part of a larger Britannia group with several removal companies all over the UK. They are also part of the British Association of Removals which has certain standards and rules that must be abided by. Your belongs in store will be safe and if anything happens to that part of Britannia, i'd expect one of the other branches will take care of your removal, they usually move several customers loads together from all different branches of the uk anyway.

If you are still worried i would contact them directly to answer your concerns.
