Query on Computer Game Woes

I pre-ordered and paid in full for delivery of a collectors edition game, which arrived today on its specified release and delivery date. Upon opening the box, I find, that its not complete, I'm missing 4 items that are supposed to be within its contents, and are actually listed as being part of the set upon the game producers website.
I've called the company that the order was placed through, who have told me I can either.. get a refund, or keep the incomplete set.
Is this all I can do, is there any way I can actually get a full set of what I wanted, or am I stuck between getting the refund or keeping an incopmplete item?
Brought from Gamestation, online via credit card
Missing 4 items, 3 Guest passes and usb stick and stand,
Thanks in advance for any help or advice

By offering a refund they are complying with the law. But you should not be out of pocket so insist that they cover the return costs. One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0

If they have none and it's sold out, they can't give you what they don't have. Their offer of a return for a full refund is fair IMO.0
