As above would you upgrade now (forcing a 24 mos contract) or wait for the I phone 5?
If waiting - how can I move my current phone to PAYG is it as simple as ending my contract and buying a sim?

Personally, I wouldn't by any iPhone, but this is probably just me.princessdon wrote: »As above would you upgrade now (forcing a 24 mos contract) or wait for the I phone 5?
You have to give 30 days notice to cancel the contract and, if you want to stay with the same provider, ask them to switch you to PAYG. AFAIK only Orange send a new sim in this case.If waiting - how can I move my current phone to PAYG is it as simple as ending my contract and buying a sim?0 -
Negotiate a rolling monthly contract with your network while you think about it. See what sort of deal they offer on the 4S.0

They have offered a good deal on 4s - but 24 mos only. I am not a huge I phone fan - but kids like it and compete against each other on Ipad apps. Work moby is mainly used so this is more for the apps than actual phone
Thank you I will ask them to swap me to PAYG and give the 30 days notice. If they ever answer the phone that is!0 -
You could always get the iPhone 4s on contract now, then when they release the iPhone 5, sell the 4s and put a few quid towards buying the 5 outright from Apple0

Wait for the iPhone 5 (it's probably going to much better than the 4S) unless you're really desperate for an iPhone. You'll probably have to wait until September.
Patience is a virtue!
