Reasonable Hotel in Paris

Hi everyone

My sister has booked for four of us to go to paris using her airmiles to get us there 'on the cheap'. We fly out from london on a saturday morning, spend the night in paris and then come back on Sunday evening... My part of the deal is to arrange suitable accomodation for us all. I was just wondering if anyone had suggestions for a good place to stay, it doesn't need to be too flash as we'll only be there one night, but we don't want a flea pit either ;)

I'd also be happy to take advice on a good place to eat too!

We're going on the 28th April if that makes any difference

Thanks in advance
n.

    Hi
We stayed at the Grand Hotel de L'Avenue Paris. Close to the metro Good reviews on tripadvisor and they also do rooms for 4!
I used https://www.hotelscomparison.com to get the best price.
But if ever I stray from the path I follow
Take me down to the English Channel
Throw me in where the water is shallow And then drag me on back to shore!
'Cos love is free and life is cheap As long as I've got me a place to sleep
Clothes on my back and some food to eat I can't ask for anything more

When we went a couple of years ago, we stayed at the Hotel Kleber which is pretty much half way between the Arc De Triomphe and the Eiffel Tower (about 5-7mins walk to each one). There is a metro station about 2 mins from the hotel and there are loads of retaurants and cafes nearby. Have a look at the place on https://www.tripadvisor.co.uk for more reviews.

I'd recommend doing a search on venere.com - really helpful website with lots of good maps/reviews, and reasonable prices too (which you also don't have to pay in advance)
Plus for 4% off, use code: BK5HX8W

I think it's a good idea to check out this website even if you find hotels cheaper elsewhere, as the descriptions and maps are generally better than other sites in my opinion.

    Hope that helps

This site does B&B in paris we have booked to stay in one this summer. There are loads to choose from with all sorts of different accomodations, sizes, locations. Great service and the "hosts" can give you advice on the city.
