Small Claims Court Process - Change of Address and Name

Hi all,
My previous posts on this subject have been removed for giving the address details of the company in question, it seems it's not allowed.
So the 'Company' that has broken the law has been taken to the county court by myself and a the judge has made a judgement against the 'Company'.
But the 'Company' refuse to pay.
Also I have noticed that the 'Company' are not actually a real company. They are in fact a trading name for another company.
So I'd like to transfer the judgement to the real 'Company' (which is a limited company) using the N244 form.
Which costs £45.00.
but I'm under the impression (but am not sure) that by using the N244 form I can't add the £45.00 in costs to my claimed amount.
The N244 form costs £45 to submit to the courts. On top of the fee's I have already paid, which are part of my claim.
Is that right, that I can't add this £45 on top??

The company in question is Corel Phones Limited trading as BlueUnplugged by the way.0

After taking further legal advise, if anyone is interested when you use the form N244 the £45 fee can not be added to the amount your claiming.0

so what your saying is:
Consumers can still be ripped off by smart!!!!!s using diff company names ?
sounds about right!0 -
Doesn't sound like they are using different company names, just have more than one trading name. This is not uncommon.
Op put the wrong name on the court papers, this should have been checked before filing a claim.
If the trading name is owned by the Ltd and was at the time of the transaction, would your claim simply not be against the Ltd? Maybe worth clarifying the situation with the courts.
Before you start wasting more money changing names on the papers etc, make sure you look closer at the company, it's assets and ensure the address is not a virtual address. Otherwise once you start spending more money on enforcement you could find yourself further out of pocket for nothing.0
