phoned again this morning only to be told i have to wait as a specialist team is dealing with my claim !!! but then told not to worry yeh ok easy for them to say :mad: ive no idea whats going on i dont claim childcare just family cred but really stressing me out they make you feel guilty even though ive done nothing

I rang on 4th june to renew and was told not to call back until 3rd july. A payment was put in the bank end of last week but no award notice yet.Next- £486.25 Barclaycard £600 :eek:
October make £10 a day - £183.90/155 :j0 -
I rang through with my details and have now had various lump sum payments, are these because they underpaid me for the last year?
