Tax credit renewals anyone heard back yet?

my surname begins with D and i dont have child care and received mine last friday with date 5th of may. they said not to ring back til after the 22nd of june

My surname begins with Q and i had mine last Thursday,rang them to update details on Monday and was told not to ring back before the 11th of June.

I received my renewal on 2nd may, I phoned the next day with my figures and I have received my new award today. So pretty quick for me.

minimad yours has been very quick can i ask have you got childcare on your claim or are you single claim?

i recieved my renewal on friday 11th may,called the same day and thought would try my luck and call em today even though was told it could take until mid june.

my new award finalised for last year and one for this year been completed and sent wed 15th may.

no childcare used last year or single claim.

Single claim with no childcare. It was very quick wasn't it.

My surname begins with B. Usually get my form early April, still no sign. If i get all my info ready can i phone them to renew or do i need to wait for form to arrive?

You cant ring up to renew until you get your renewal forms in the post.
