My surname is D I have childcare but I never get my forms before June.. In 5 years always the same. Maybe its the people with constant changes throughout the year that get theirs first as there is more work involved in sorting it out.0

what happens if you have been overpaid, do they make you pay it back? i've rang up to try and update my income but they told me i couldn't and just to wait for the letter

i no im being overpaid at the moment and i phoned the wek after to ask for an update and he said they were putting them through in batches, i did make him aware that i was being overpaid but he couldnt hurry it up. i always phone in april when i receive my notice as i dont like being overpaid0 -
I am wondering if anyone has had their review finalised as yet?
As far as I can tell the mentioned documents and payments below are your provisonal award notices for this future financial year, not the final award for last year.
Has anyone received their finalised award, period ending 31.3.12? This should be the one that triggers any lump sum payment oustanding.
I renewed on the 24th April, received my provisional next years award and small outstanding payment the following Friday.
I called last week(very scary)lol and was told that it had not been processed as yet(partially complete) and that it could take up to 6 weeks.
Need last years finalised award to submit to another department.0 -
got mine about 2/3 weeks ago, surname begins with "J" rang up about a week and a half ago to renew.
they told me not to chase it up until 11th june. although i have just checked and last week i received a one off payment from them for £190. they said if i received a one off payment not to ring up and query it.
to be honest i thought i'd be owed more than that, is it possible i could receive another one off payment or is that it?
I think you are in the same position as me. I think this is your provisional award for the future year. I believe that you may receive the higher payment once you have last years award finalized.0 -
Renewed mine nearly 3 weeks ago and still heard nothing0

I renewed nearly 4 weeks ago, and rang today as I have not received any paperwork as yet and was worried that it may have been delivered to the wrong address, my tax credits update is still being looked at and it normally takes 6 weeks I have been told, if I have not heard anything by 31st May to ring them, so hopefully it is done by then. I think maybe its the people with childcare on their claims that is taking longer, they must be checking that people childclaims are correct. I earned less too so not sure if that will affect my payments.0
