Tax credit renewals anyone heard back yet?

my surname starts with "A" and not had my renewal x

I did mine by phone today and was told not to call back until 19th of june so roughly about 4 weeks. On the message on the phone it said that they are sending packs out as late as end of june so I wouldnt worry peeps.

I know you can phone them and enquire if yours has been sent out yet. I did and they were really nice about it and told me when it was sent.

Only problem with that is you start waiting for the postman to arrive lol

I'm getting twitchy, still not had our renewal pack.
I always do it by phone anyway, and then phone a week later to check up.
I take it you can't do that any more?

You can still re-new by phone, but they are asking that you don't contact them again for at least 4 weeks (they give you a date).

I doubt they would tell you if you rang back a week later to enquire about it. Could try though you never know.

my surname is "h" and i recived mine and called to renew on 23rd april,i rung yesterday as hadnt heard anything a need the award notice to help with claiming something else but still nothing!

My surname is also H and I have not had mine yet either. I don't think it is alphabetical.

As someone above suggested I think they do the ones with childcare first, I don't have childcare.

Also I am self employed and don't do my self assessments until after April so wouldn't know my income figures anyway yet.
