Thanks for your reply. Normally has taken 2 weeks tops this year must be long delays then. My friends and I have nothing for 3 weeks. My friend rang after two weeks systems has not updated her claim yet.

I got mine nearly 3 weeks ago, haven't had any paperwork from tax credits and my payments have stayed the same, was told to wait 6 weeks before calling for an update. Does anyone know why its taking so long?0

Maybe they have a new procedure of checks to renewals. Which is why it is taking so long.
I've already had one month payment at higher rate and have estimated a higher salary for this year so hope they update before my next payment is due in 2 weeks0 -

I haven't had a renewal pack yet either but, I'm reasonably certain that it never usually comes until around June for us. There's ages left to run before the deadline so am not going to worry about it just yet0 -

Then they must be way behind as our surname is a D and not had anything yet, then ours is a small straight forward claim i wondered if they dealt with people that are claiming childcare first, I remember last year loads of people had to give over there childcare receipts, doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to who get's there renewal pack0 -
I recieved my re-newal pack this morning and its dated the 1st, so took exactly a week to arrive.
I have just updated my info over the phone, and the guy who took my details said it could take up to 4 weeks (was 8 weeks but they are no on a week 4 turn around) and not to call until after the 4th June but only if I haven't recieved any award notices.
I'm still waiting on a large potential payment, which I am hoping will be sorted out soon.
