I'm on maternity leave at the moment. Not going back to work (Haven't told boss yet, eek!) as can't get childcare for them both so we'll be losing my wage come May... but when do I have to tell tc? My income for the year will be £44 which is what they count of my maternity pay.. so our tc will go up... but do I have to tell them after april 5th or when I officially finish maternity leave?

Your circumstances change when the baby is born and you are officially finished maternity leave, ie would normally be expecting to return to work.
So you don't need to inform TC until the end of your maternity leave.0
