I have just rented a house and having checked all the phone points with a phone. I have found that all the lines are not buzzing. There are no phone bills. The landlord suggests it is Sky but I am completely at a loss if they refuse to help. How can I find the previous supplier to get a number or should I just request a new line install.
I will not be in the house more than 9 months
