Hi there,

PPI claim (as in you've been sick or made unemployed) or PPI miss selling complaint?

yes they can ofset it towards debt owed, just think its done you a favour
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

If you owe them money then they've done you a favour by repaying it for you.

They are allowed to do this.

The premiums would have been origianlly debited to the card so it seems reasonable that they are credited back to the same card.
