Ann Summers Party Rep

I had a party on the 22nd Febraury for my birthday.
The rep had organised it via Facebook, as far as I was aware, I had booked a "VIP party". This included a "£25+ gift and a bottle of vino".
When the actual party took place, I was given no gift and no bottle of "vino". Although only 4 of my friends were able to get there, we spent well over £150 between us. I got 10% off my order which she replaced with more items that filled up my discount. We were told that if we spent over £100, I got another gift worth £20 for being the host. This never happened.
As well as this, we are STILL WAITING for our orders to arrive!
I have emailed Ann Summers complaining about her and it seems I'm not the only person she has disappointed when looking through the Facebook group she created. However, I've had no reply and there doesn't seem to be any specific protocol when concerning reps
I'm not sure what my next steps are or what I have the right to? Can I still chase up for the gift she promised and/or the one I'm owed for spending more than required?
=(

Ann Summers is particularly bad with replying to email i would look on their website and ring customer services, they will sort it for you quickly.0

I've been dealing with Ann Summer recently (they were refusing to re-send an item that got lost in the post) and can confirm that their service is TERRIBLE. It took my threatening legal action (well, reporting them to trading standards and getting advise from my local CAB) to get a reply. I suspect they think that if they ignore people, they might be too embarrassed to fight against borderline-illegal behaviour.
Might be worth contacting them again, making it clear what you want, why you want it, and when you expect to hear an answer - especially as my very limited legal training suggests that the free gifts/money off/vino were part of the contract that they have so far failed to deliver.0
