Protection on goods from Virgin Mastercard via paypal

Hi All
:mad:I purchased 30 "brand new" football goals in bulk off ebay this week. They arrived BUT only 28 arrived, only 8 are new, the rest are used muddy and grassy and some even have repair tape on them. Upon inflating two at random they deflated on their own so I am guessing the rest might be just as bad, probably customer returns that are no good. Certainly not 30 Brand new goals.
I paid with my Virgin Mastercard through Paypal. Paypal want me to return the items to get a refund at my expense...bare in mind they weigh over half a ton, this will be very expensive. Can anyone tell me where I stand with making a claim through mastercard or even if it is possible?
Thanks in advance

You should probably read this. Specifically the bit on exceptions. If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything0

GREAT stuffed by another unscrupulous seller on ebay and their whacky refund rules then.....0

Check the seller's T&C for their policy on returns - it's unlikely (:() but they may have a different returns policy than that of paypal. Also, you may get further advice on the ebay board0
