Ex partners name

in Reclaim bank & credit card charges
I just wanted to ask how to deal with this my ex partners name has been put onto the offer I have been sent , I did contact the Halifax to tell them , what will happen will he have a right to any of the money

Thanks if anyone can offer advice

    Was it a joint bank account you were reclaiming charges from?

    No idea why the Halifax included your ex-partner's name then. :huh:

    I'm sure now you have informed the Halifax of the error, you will get the money in your name only :)
    Can't see any reason why your ex-partner would have any claim on this.
