May I ask who actually told you you could do this.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

If it was a delta card then I would think thats a debit card not a credit card.
Do you not have old statements for your cards that you can hunt through around the time you had your treatment?A smile enriches those who receive without making poorer those who giveor "It costs nowt to be nice"0 -
You can get your statutory reports for £2 each.
There are three credit reference agencies - Experian, Equifax and call credit.
For call credit you can use noddle which is free.
For the others I recommend the £2 version. The free trials can be difficult to cancel and you can end up paying more, so I would avoid those.
As Tixy says, I don't think you have section 75 protection on a debit card.0 -
Maybe I'm wrong but I didnt think a credit card would cover it anyway as it wasnt a commodity as such. I'm quite happy to be corrected.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

Section 75 covers any breach of contract, which would include goods which aren't of satisfactory quality e.g. industrial grade silicon instead of medical grade. Here's someone who has been successful with the claim:

Unfortunately though as others have said Delta is the old name for Visa Debit so you cannot make a Section 75 claim.0 -
What about a 'chargeback' would that work or does it just work on Visa cards.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.

I have already got a thread here on this

but as others say Ithink Delta is a debit card from your bank and not a credit card. That being the case no section 75 applicable so maybe a solicitor could be of more use in your case.
