struggling with Payplan

I am coming to the end of my DMP with payplan and have about £1000 outstanding. For months I have struggled with my case officer - I have recieved letters from creditors with up to date amounts and when i forward these to my CO i just get back 'not within the 40% so wont amend the figures.' This I understand, however when I log onto Payplan plus I have a big message which tells me my final figures are being calculated.....so seeing that this means they want the actual figures, I emailed them to my case officer....to get the standard reply of 'these are within 40% so wont change them'!!!
As you can imagine this is rather frustrating!! I have never missed a payment on payplan, pay nearly £600 a month and have increased my payments every year by 10%, even during my maternity leave. I just want to pay it off and move on but the responses i get back are really frustrating and make me bang my head in annoyance.
On several occasions I have had a lump sum of money in my posession and have approached my case officer to pay off lumps of my debts. I have been fobbed off and sent around the houses - nobody could give me a straight answer as to how that lump sum would be used (i wanted to pay specific creditors off) so in the end I approached them directly and did it.
My case officer has updated figures incorrectly on a number of ocassions and then wont change them back because its not within 40% even though they made the error in the first place!!
Coupled with that and the fact that I also have a PPI claim going through with Stake Your Claim - they have taken the money off me to get reports from my creditors and I've not heard from them since!! I have phoned and spoken to a young man who told me the creditors had gone passed the date by 4 days and he would ring me back...i'm still waiting!! I have sent several online messages asking for someone to call me back and have also called 4 times to speak to someone - i have never got through.
Because I can see the light at the end of the tunnel the lack of action from Payplan / Stake Your Claim is really grating on me.
Why can I not get a straight answer from either Payplan or Stake Your Claim because I am now at the point where I want to complain about both sides of the company!
