Hi there can any one tell me if you can claim ppi on a credit card account that was closed about 3 years ago.I wrote to HSBC in march this year to request a copy of my credit agreement and a copy of the term and conditions, they said that if a loan had been fully repaid they were unable to provide any information relating to the loan is this correct , any advice greatly recieved .Thanks

subject access £10 fee, martin really should of written his advice properly as this seems a hot question today. Once the account closes their isnt an agreement in force.Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
