ppi on credit cards?

me and the wife got into a bit of debt about 5 years ago and at one point had 2 halifax credit cards with about 5k on each and a capital one with 6k on, we only paid the min payments for about 18months is it likely we would of paid ppi on them ? we only kept the statement to check against the next months then detroyed them

Capital one told me over the phone and processed my claim there and then. All I had to do was sign a form and post it back and within a few weeks I had my money. I use the details below for Capital One. No idea for Halifax.
