Where can I buy floorboards from?

I've just bought a house and having had it rewired and a few other bits of work done I've got some broken and creaky floorboards.

I'd like to replace them and have measured up so I can screw some new boards down where the old ones come out but I've just realised I've got no clue who or where sells them!

Any suggestions more than welcome

Try your local timber merchants. they will sell you the size you want in the l;ength you want, rather than having to buy it in standard lengths that you have to buy from B & Q etc.

Without teaching you suck eggs etc..if you haven't .....
then if you are able, leave a couple of "access traps" around the house....and if poss run some cord from one to the other under the floorboards. One underneath the fuseboard area is also handy.
Might help with any future access needs with running any other cables etc etc.
