Statement of loss help.

Hello all, I am new to posting on here and wondered if anyone could help.
I am currently in the early stages of an industrial tribunal against my last employer and I have been asked to produce a statement of loss. The bare bones of the case are that I suffered a motorcycle accident which needed me to take about 3-4 months off recovering, broken collarbone (which needed surgery), ribs and foot. On my return they had given my job to somebody else (both the new employee and my line manager confirmed that they did not think I would return even though they were kept informed) and I was "encouraged" to take on a different role. This was a lot more physical than my last role and it became increasingly hard for me to carry out my duties (I still had the stitches in!), I started to have more time off and in the end had to resign. I was advised that I had a case for constructive dismissal as I was given no alternative other than to resign, I also believe there are issues regarding the breach of contract and disability discrimination as my health and abilities were affected as a result of my injuries.
Now, I understand the statement of loss but there was no loss as I found new employment immediately but I do believe there is an issue for compensation regarding the above. So what do I put down on the statement? I would be grateful for any advice you can offer as I am doing this alone without any legal assistance as I do not have any funds for that. Many thanks.

Do you have legal expenses on your home insurance? They would assist if you do. If you dont then the CAB may be able to assist you0
