hi
i'm having a problem with my lloyds credit card online statment where it shows the ammount owing as nil when there is a payment due. then after the due date has passed i find that it is showing 2 months payment owing with a late payment fee added on. i first noticed the issue late last year when working away for a month but at the time i thought it was a mistake on my side but noticed it again, so i reported the problem in january and did get a refund but the problem is still there, i went to my branch to report the fault but after a phone call today from the bank i found that my branch hadn't reported it.
always having a good credit reference in the pass i have now found that it has affected this
has anyone else had the same problem or advice

The Fair Credit Billing Act does not apply here, it's a US law.
Complain in writing to Lloyds and ask them to fix it and also correct your credit record entries. Check those with Noddle to ensure that it has been done and see what they have been reporting.0
