Barclays "no quibble policy" was for all PPI claims that were put on hold due to the Judicial hearing, this was not for claims for mis sell after the review.
Santander were not part of the JR and continued to look claims as usual, well done to Santander.0 -

>>Why is there a difference between those put on hold and those not, if they have a ppi , someone should be paid of on both sides of the fence, I dont recall the reasons being explained or publicised therefore a lot of people still think barclays will make them an offer of redress if they had ppi which they dont
Santander used to make everyone an offer if they ppi, now they dont, put keep pushing the good pr about santander, yes they were not as bad as the others during the judicial review and for that we should be grateful but they have now changed and reject a lot of jusitifable claims
the banks havent changed, you cant trust the banks0 -
If you were mis sold you will get redress, does not matter when you put the claim in or what bank it was and reclaiming is free to all.0

thats a myth, there are lots of people WITH ppi who have been mis-sold that are not being paid out0
-
how can you have been mis-sold because your claim was held up by a judicial review but not mis-sold if it wasnt,
beware the myths that are being peddled about here by people who either do not know the truth or do not want you to know the truth0 -
Due to the amount of claims that were put on hold due to the JR Bob Diamond decided to uphold all of these to get rid of the back log regardless of these actually being mis sold or not.
Before you post, you need to get your facts straight.0 -
