I see a couple of other threads were started about this company a few years ago but have now been closed. It seems the situation hasn't improved.
I placed an order in February and kept getting told they were awaiting stock and it would be in next week but nothing arrived. I cancelled the order at the beginning of April and was told the refund would be in my account within 5 working days but nothing has been credited.
I have spoken to my bank to see if they can reclaim it but they can't as less than £20.00. It is only a small amount but I really resent paying for something I haven't received!
I don't seem to be getting a reply to emails anymore so it's a case of trying to phone (running up my phone bill to try and get my money back).
I wish I'd seen the reviews on the company before ordering.

Why not write a letter?nhoneymonster wrote: »I don't seem to be getting a reply to emails anymore so it's a case of trying to phone (running up my phone bill to try and get my money back).
A real letter.0 -
As they are not replying to emails I don't think I would get any response to a letter either.
I'll try phoning again as I have managed to speak to someone a couple of times, although I feel like I just get fobbed off each time.0 -
Oh.
I've just re-read your original post and realise that you weren't actually looking for advice.
Perhaps you thread should be on the Praise Vents and Warnings board.0 -
Hmm, maybe you're right. Can't seem to work out how to move it though so may just have to close and repost.0
