• The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by 17.00 on May 15 2012. Winners will be notified by 17.00 on May 17 2012
• The prize consists of one copy of Frommer’s Stockholm Day by Day, two economy round-trip SAS flights from London Heathrow Airport to Stockholm Arlanda Airport, four nights bed and breakfast accommodation in a Large room and one three-course dinner on one night (up to the value of £100) at Berns Hotel, return transfers to Stockholm Arlanda airport.
• The prize elements (air tickets, accommodation, dinner, transfers, book) are not redeemable for cash. The prize is non-transferable, non-endorsable and must be used within the validity set out below.
• The 15 runners up will be drawn at random for all entries. The runners-up prize consists of a Frommer’s Day by Day travel guide.
• The flight tickets and accommodation must be taken before 31 October 2012, but cannot take place over the following dates: 19-24 May 2012, 27-29 June 2012, 8-11 September 2012.The flight tickets and accommodation are on a confirmed basis but are subject to embargo periods and availability.
• The flight tickets are valid on SAS operated flights only.
• Any additional travel costs must be organised and funded by the prizewinner. The prizewinner and their travelling companions must travel both the outbound and inbound journeys together.
• Prize flights are non changeable and non transferable. Once booked, no changes can be made to tickets. No cash or credit alternative prizes are offered. No upgrades are allowed.
• All third party terms and conditions relating to the prize apply.
• All travel on SAS flights is subject to SAS’s general conditions of carriage for passengers and baggage and the notice and conditions of contract contained on each ticket or itinerary.
• SAS reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of similar value should the specified prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
• SAS reserves the right to cancel or amend without notice the terms of this promotion and any tickets issued in the event of major catastrophe, war, earthquake or any actual or anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other circumstance beyond the Promoters’ control.
• This promotion is governed by English law and is subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts
• Transport to and from UK airports not included. Transport to and from Berns Hotel and Stockholm Arlanda Airport is included and will be provided for by Berns Hotel.
