Hi all
Barclaycard currently seem to have an offer with 0% balance transfers until 1 October 2012 with 2.9% fee. I remember reading on here that they might extend it past 1 October. Does anyone know? I can probably wait til next month to do the balance transfer, but prefer not to wait for nothing! Also, if I spend on the card (I don’t plan to but just in case) am I right in thinking any payments will go to the 0% balance transfer first? This is what seems to indicate on their T&C however I thought I read this had to change so would go to the balances with the highest % interest?
Thanks

If you combine spending and 0% BT on the same card you will lose any interest free period on purchases, so it would be better to put purchases on another card, if you can pay them off in full.We need the earth for food, water, and shelter.

What do you class as being an excellent customer? I use my Barclaycard every month, but always pay off the balance in full every month (I spend around £1,000 a month, mostly all online shopping), so I suppose I am not a perfect customer as I don't make them any money in interest?0 -
Someone recently posted that they had spoken to Barclaycard and they were going to be rolling out a very good offer to customers in April or May.
I can't locate it, unfortunately.
I have got the October offer on one of my accounts, but not the other two. They come and go like ships in the night!0
