* Sweet trees - could be done for anyone using their favourite sweets/chocolates.
* Pint of socks - good for men. Google for picture and instructions, very easy to make!
* Flannel reindeers

if you have a look on my blog there are hundreds of handmade gifts i've made and most have basic instructions. Things from magnetic pegs to wooden keepsakes to sock monkeys and handmode candles.
