Getting a refund via chargeback help for wedding ring.

I wrote on here recently asking for help about bad service received from jfarings.com. They do seem to be a scam outfit.
I never received my wedding ring, and now have spent weeks not receiving a refund.

The last thread seems to have been removed which I find worrying, but I still could really do with the correct approach to getting a chargeback on the hundreds of pounds paid in good faith with no goods received and no refund.

My wedding is in a matter of weeks and the money would really help.

sorry for no reply yesterday – we had a! new email server installed yesterday it did no got through smoothly- we had no access to emails yesterday

i resolved the error with the refund check your account on monday or tuesday but it should be showing as a pending transaction on monday
!
the authorisation code for the refund is ######## –the important bit

it seems when the refund was atempted last time, as we do it electronically the personnel closed the browser window too quickly before your banks server had accepted the refund and it was voided as a incorrect procedure but they marked it on our system as refunded

I have contacted SagePay and await a response from them about it. What are your thoughts? I'm thinking if SagePay can't give a satisfactory answer then I shall send the letter on Monday to my bank asking for them to issue a chargeback. My guess is that there still is no refund.

I've been waiting a while for my ring from JFA Rings too... let us know how you get on.

Finally got a full refund. I'd avoid them at all costs! Far too many lies to be worth trying to make the savings they suggest. It took almost 3 months to never receive the ring and get the refund.
