RBS Credit card

Hi All

I have just checked my credit report and it is all good, however i have a credit card on their from RBS . Nil balance been open since 2005 from all accounts yet i have no recollection of this card. Their is no other detail on their no payments balance etc. Now this may have been a mint card i had at the time however this is showing in the closed bit.

How would i find out details of the card and close this account.

The addresses to write to to challenge or correct information are usually included at the back of the credit reports.

Why don't you ring the RBS cards customer services http://www.rbs.co.uk/global/contact-us.ashx and say you haven't got your card with you at the time, and see if they can identify you and take you through security without it? If they do, you can probably close it on the phone.
