Compensation for increase in credit limit

in Credit cards
I have been having calls form a company claiming that I am entitled to compensation from any credit card company that has increased my credit limit without my signing a new agreement.
Is this correct?
I am pretty sure that all of my cards have done this.
They also say that I can continue to use the cards and will not affect my relationship with my bank etc.
It seems to me to be a case of what seems too good to be true probably is.
Does anyone know if there is any truth in this?

Come on now, why would you think this? Do you really think the OP is that THICK, to believe in such profound silliness?
I'm sure the OP knows April fools was well over 8 days ago. :rotfl:0 -
This is either a wind-up or the latest scam.
I expect they will ask for your card number, expiry date and security code (and your PIN as well, for 'scecurity' purposes)...British Ex-pat in British Columbia!0 -

All lies I'm afraid, I'm surprised these hawkers are still trying it on. You had it, you spent it (?) you owe it.

why dont new posters use the search functionDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
