Hi !
We are planning to re-render our property in the coming months.
We have an outside toilet which adjoins our neighbours extentions. We want to demolish the toilet and re-render. Once we've demolished the toilet, are we then responsible for making good their patch of wall which will me minus the toilet or is it they who will have to sort their wall out?
All advice thankfully received!!

You are responsible if it is their wall. You may also need to serve a PWN.No free lunch, and no free laptop
