Rewire Timescale?

Soon to exchange on (mainly) original, unextended 1930 3-bed double bay semi.
Its had a rewire of sorts in the 80s it seems. Survey confirmed some "significant electrical work required..etc", so I foresee entire rewire (work on that 'worst case scenario'!).
Other threads suggest price from £2-3k, but what timescale might I reasonably anticipate for a job like that?

You should expect a week for a rewire.
Price is about right
Make sure you use a registered electrican
