Hi, I ordered some silver cufflinks from a company online in November 2011. These were for my husband’s Christmas present. They arrived beginning of January 2012. One of them was loose when he put it on and fell straight off. I emailed the company and they advised I return them for them to have a look. I sent them back recorded delivery. Despite numerous emails and telephone calls (answer machine) I have heard nothing. I paid for these by Paypal. They cost £92! Their website is still active as they are now promoting Fathers Day. The company was advertised in the Mother & Baby magazine and still is. Any ideas what I can do? Thx
