Is the above any good, am having a new composite door and does not want it to be drilled into. I understand you can use stick on pad, how good is the wireless doorbell, is it loud enough to be heard through two doors? Thanks

Its not the pusher that makes the noise. Theres normally a station (sometimes plug in sometimes battery) that makes the chime. You can even get one that plugs in and a prtable one for you to carry round. but still yess it will be loud enough to go through two doors (if you have adequate hearing)
Tip: check if your neighbours have a wireless door chime as sometimes they can be set at the same frequencies causing yours and the neighbours bells to go off (dont worry too much as inside the chime and pusher you can normally choose between 4 or 5 frequencies)0 -
We have one of these - got it from Argos I think. As above, there are two elements:
1) Push button which sticks on by your front door
2) Chime - usually plug in (wall socket). You can put it in whatever room you use the most (ours is in the lounge).
Ours also came with a second chime which is battery powered (portable). We have this in the garden if we're out the back as we can't hear the normal bell from outside.

They are good and loud but as previously mentioned they can set off neighbours bells too. Was really funny but embarrassing when we realised our neighbours opposite came to the door everytime our doorbell rang. Took us a while to realise what was happening. you have to then take the batteries out and put them in again to reset it!0
