1. There will be one prize winner and the prize is 2 return Economy tickets from Heathrow to Kuala Lumpur. The prize must be used for travel between 31.05.2012 and 31.05.2013. Travel will not be permitted during: Easter, Summer Peak season, Christmas and New Years and half term school holidays. All seats are subject to availability at the time of booking. You will be entitled to free travel on the sectors and class specified on your ticket. The conditions of carriage shown on your ticket apply. Bookings can be made one month prior to departure or at any time if seats are available. Passengers with free tickets are not entitled to Upgrades or Access to Golden Lounges and Excess Baggage. The prize must be used by the winner and companion travelling together. Flight details, dates and times cannot be varied once they are booked.
2. BAA Airports Limited will pay mandatory taxes, air passenger duty and passenger service charges. BAA Airports Limited will provide accomodation of the winners choice to the value of £500. This will be booked on the winner's behalf. Air travel booking must be made before accommodation. Incidentals including transfers, meals, telephone calls and laundry and food & beverage etc. must be paid for directly by the prize winner. Travel insurance is the responsibility of the winner and is a condition of travel. All participants are responsible for their own legal travel documentation including but not limited to valid passports and necessary Visas.
3. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4. Only one entry per household can be accepted.
5. The closing date for the competition is on 13 May 2012. The judges cannot accept responsibility for late or lost entries. Proof of sending email is not proof of receipt of entry. Entry cannot be accepted if all details are not provided.
