Advice Please??

I have booked a stag weekend in amsterdam through a company called the stag company. I've booked various activities and we are due to go this coming Friday. Everything is paid for. At the beginning of this month I recieved a detailed itenary for our activities but I realised that most of it was incorrect, so I instantly replied to them asking them to change it asap. Most of it they have managed to do but they have excluded a certain activity and told me that they have no records of me actually booking it. This isn't the case as my group paid an extra £25 per person for it. I have emails from this company stating the original price (£266/person) and the total we paid was £291/person. So my question (sorry for the length but I wanted to give you as much info as poss) is what can I do/who do I contact if the refuse to give me a refund or book the activity?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you have emails with the breakdown and the activity was included then I can't see them refusing a refund of that activity. Have you actually mentioned it to them yet to see what they say? It's likely they will just refund without issue.
