Post Office problems - can I find incoming calls

Have problems with Post Office phone & broadband. Am in dispute regarding a call they maintain they made to me (they didn't). Is there any way I can request written details of incoming calls to my landline/mobile on a particular date/time.

    Every mobile has a call log facility on it, just look in the logs.
    No free lunch, and no free laptop ;)
