Paypal Credit Card

Sorry if I missed a thread on this, I have looked.

My husband's Paypal Credit Card was declined a couple of times and, when we phoned up to query this, I was told that Santander have closed these accounts for everybody. There's no mention of this on the website and we never received a letter about it.

There's obviously nothing we can do about it but I wonder whether anyone else has been left in the same position?

OK, just found a thread on it - seems like I'm not alone.

If you used it to fund Paypal then check your Paypal account - there may be a £25, £50 or £75 'free gift' in there because the cc is closing.

  • Sadly this is true...... But you should have received two letters; one about three months ago and another with the last statement.

Easily mistaken for junk mail no doubt?
